About the position

Assistant Dentist required for a general practice in Sydney’s cosmopolitan western suburbs. Hours of work negotiable but preferred hours are Mon to Fri 2pm to 7pm and Sundays. Leave for further study is possible. All levels of experience considered but must be able to speak Vietnamese or Chinese. Must be hardworking, reliable and have current registration with the Dental Board. Remuneration is 40% of (collections less lab fees). Previous dentist earned approx. $130K per annum based on 20 days per month.

About the practice

3 dental chairs. Digital OPG & ceph and intra-oral x-ray. Attractive, clean premises with high standards of infection control. Most aspects of dentistry performed including orthodontics and oral surgery. High fee structure, loyal customers, the practice is long established and well known to the local community. The practice has one full time dentist and one part time dentist (working with the practice for over 7 years). Mentoring available. Six full time and part time dental nurses and receptionists work through seven days.

Friendly, multi-cultural community. Local area has lots of fresh food and great shopping. Approximately 28 kms west of Sydney CBD.
