About the position

This very busy general family practice in Mt Isa requires a Full Time Permanent Assistant Dentist to commence ASAP. The employer welcomes interest from dentists with all levels of experience, including 2010 Graduates, but must have excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide quality patient care. Ideally applicants will be willing to try their hand in all areas of general dentistry including surgery, implants and cosmetic work. Mentoring available for less experienced dentists. A genuine desire to live in a country town is essential. For dentists looking long term, the position offers an optional view to buy in or future purchase. The position is 7 to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Remuneration 35 to 40% of (collections less lab fees) including super. Anticipated earnings in excess of $200K per annum for an experienced dentist and $120K to $150K per annum for a new graduate. Employer will also assist with accommodation.
