Having trouble finding the right dentist to employ?
At any one time, we have an active database of over 400 dentists looking for work. List your requirements on our website and we will do the rest: promotion, screening, introductions.
All you need to do is:
- Fill in the registration form online (or download the pdf registration form and fax/mail it to us). To maximise exposure you can choose to make your ad a 'Hot Job', adding pictures and gaining a more prominent position on our site.
- DJS will then list your requirements online.
- DJS will examine the database for candidates and will promote your position to each candidate that matches your requirements.
- Once we confirm a candidate's interest in your position we will forward a current Candidate Profile for your perusal (including previous work history, special skills / interests in dentistry, telephone referees and a subjective assessment of communication skills).
- DJS will arrange contact with those dentists whom you wish to interview or speak with directly.
Promotion of your position continues for up to 6 months. During this time DJS will actively and continuously promote your employment requirement to all new employee dentist registrations.
DJS realises the importance of remaining anonymous and retains your confidentiality throughout the employment process. DJS will promote your employment option by describing the area, position and your requirements based on the information provided.
